Why it matters
The constraint this solves
Most security contracts are written once and rarely checked against what is actually happening on the ground months later. Staffing drifts, post orders go unread and a route that was safe at the time of signing may no longer be the one trucks actually use.
An independent assessment gives the client a current, written picture of site, route and personnel risk, separate from the commercial interest of whichever provider is currently under contract.
Because the report is written to be acted on by any provider, a client can use it to hold an existing contractor to account or to brief a new one without starting from zero.
