Sellers
Sell copper, cobalt or lithium.
Register your material.
Sell copper cathode in Zambia, copper concentrate or cobalt hydroxide in the DRC, or lithium ore in Zambia. We hold standing buyer demand for all three metals against confirmed payment instruments. Eagle Star is paid only on a completed sale. Nothing is charged for verification, inspection, assay, storage or introduction, and nothing is charged if the material does not sell.

How we are paid
One fee, on completion, and nothing before it
Eagle Star's fee is 35 percent of gross sale proceeds, payable only on completion. That fee carries the full infrastructure behind the sale rather than a introduction.
- Fee
- 35 percent of gross sale proceeds, payable only on completion.
- What the fee carries
- Inspection and security teams, independent assay, escorted haulage to port, export documentation, buyer KYC and the payment instrument.
- Your net
- Stated as a figure in the offer before signature and fixed in a one page agency agreement.
- Charged before completion
- Nothing. No verification fee, no inspection fee, no assay fee, no storage fee, no introduction fee.
- If the material does not sell
- You owe nothing.
How the money moves
Three steps, in this order
- 01A. Proof of product
Title documents, stock tally and dated photographs, verified by desk check and shown to the buyer under NDA with your identity withheld.
- 02B. Buyer's deposit into escrow
The buyer places a 20 percent deposit against proof of product, held in escrow and refundable if inspection or assay fails the declared specification. It funds mobilisation and inspection rather than the seller.
- 03C. Inspection, movement and payment
Our own team inspects and samples, an independent lab assays, the load moves under escort, and the balance is paid against documents. Our 35 percent is deducted from gross proceeds on receipt and your net follows immediately.
No seller ever pays Eagle Star to be verified, inspected or represented.
