How it works
From LOI to rolling monthly tonnage
The process is designed to protect both buyer and seller at every stage. It starts with a Letter of Intent and company profile, moves through KYC and sanctions screening on both sides, and ends with a trial shipment followed by rolling monthly tonnage under contract.
The buyer's 20 percent mobilisation deposit is held in escrow against proof of product. It is refundable if inspection or assay fails the declared specification. The balance is paid against documents by SBLC or DLC at sight.
