Why it matters
The constraint this solves
A visiting executive is most exposed in the gaps between planned stops: the walk from the arrivals hall to the car, the transfer between hotel and site, the moment a schedule changes and nobody has checked the new location in advance.
We close those gaps with an advance survey before the principal arrives at each stop and a protection officer who stays with the itinerary rather than waiting at a fixed post. The result is a visit that proceeds on schedule with the security work largely invisible to the principal.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Who typically requests executive protection in Zambia?
Clients include visiting executives, technical specialists, board members and family members of principals who need protected movement between the airport, accommodation and site visits.
Do protection officers travel armed?
Where the risk assessment supports it and local licensing permits, protection officers may be armed. Many assignments are covered by unarmed close protection with an armed backup vehicle.
Can you arrange protection for a single site visit rather than an ongoing contract?
Yes. We support single trip assignments as well as ongoing protection contracts for principals based in Zambia for extended periods.
Do you coordinate with hotel and airport security?
Our advance team liaises with hotel security and airport handling staff ahead of arrival to confirm access and reduce time spent in exposed areas.
How much notice do you need to arrange protection for a visit?
We ask for enough notice on a new principal for an advance survey and briefing to be completed before arrival.
