We verify your registrations, licence, mandate chain and sanctions screening within 48 hours. You hear back either way.
- 03Proof of product
Verified material is shown to qualified buyers under NDA with the seller identity withheld. Buyers see the material, not the seller, until contract.
- 04Sale and settlement
On completion, Eagle Star's fee is deducted from gross proceeds and your net follows immediately. Nothing is charged if the material does not sell.

Copper, cobalt and lithium
Copper
Cathode and concentrate from Congo and Zambia. GECAMINES certified cathode, LME Grade A at 99.99 percent Cu. SGS inspected at loading.
Cobalt
Cobalt hydroxide from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Origin declaration and OECD due diligence record on every parcel. Fastmarkets referenced at time of sale.
Lithium
Lithium ore and spodumene from Zambia. Dated assay from a named laboratory on every parcel. Fastmarkets referenced at time of sale.
Protection
Your identity stays protected
Proof of product is shown to the buyer under NDA with the seller identity withheld. Buyers see verified material rather than seller identities until contract. This means you retain control of your buyer relationships while Eagle Star Group handles the placement.
The buyer's 20 percent mobilisation deposit, held in escrow against proof of product, funds mobilisation and inspection. No seller ever pays Eagle Star to be verified, inspected or represented.

What does it cost to register material?
Nothing. Eagle Star is paid only on a completed sale. Nothing is charged for verification, inspection, assay, storage or introduction, and nothing is charged if the material does not sell.
How is Eagle Star paid?
Our fee is 35 percent of gross sale proceeds, payable only on completion. It is deducted from gross proceeds on receipt and your net follows immediately. The net figure is stated in the offer before signature and fixed in a one page agency agreement.
Will the buyer know who I am?
Not before contract. Proof of product is shown to the buyer under NDA with the seller identity withheld. Buyers see verified material rather than seller identities until contract.
Who pays for inspection and assay?
The buyer's 20 percent mobilisation deposit, held in escrow against proof of product, funds mobilisation and inspection. The deposit is refundable if inspection or assay fails the declared specification. No seller ever pays Eagle Star to be verified, inspected or represented.
What material can I register?
Copper cathode, copper concentrate, cobalt hydroxide, and lithium ore or spodumene from the Copperbelt, Congo and Zambia. Material must be verifiable, with a clear title and a documented origin.
